Relax in the 2018 private pool in a fenced in LARGE backyard with lots of comfy pool furniture, umbrellas and pool toys. Beautiful furnishings, well appointed kitchen, newer washer and dryer, newer beds and bedding(2021) for each bedroom, family great room for all and large dining areas inside and out. Grill, 2 patios, mature trees, large pool deck and a long driveway make your stay quite comfortable. Safe, quiet and close to everything - literally 2 miles away from Boone Hall, MP Towne Center, dozens of restaurants, and awesome shopping. It's quiet, safe and the home is right across the street from a pond with lots of wildlife.
One bridge away you can visit historic Charleston, SC - named as a top US Vacation Destination by US News and World Report multiple recent years. Start your day on the beach or in the Battery, where you can catch an incredible sunrise. Then, check out the city's historical sites, homes and museums, the SC Aquarium, Shem Creek, Water Taxi, Civil War-era Fort Sumter, the Citadel and Patriots Point Naval Museum complete with a aircraft carrier to tour. Great places to hike, kayak, stand up paddleboard and explore with your pets in Charleston County Parks which are very close to the house. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The master bedroom is very spacious, along with the yard and living areas. The pool was much larger than it appears in the pictures too. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, a small cooler and small beach accessories to use. The kitchen had plenty of pans, odd and end spices, cutlery, and utensils to use. The washer and dryer worked great and the yard/pool was very clean throughout our stay. The grill worked fine and Was great to use. Amy was very informative but also gave us plenty of space. Checkout was seamless and overall such a great experience for our first time in Charleston. This is a great property that’s in a great location. Plenty of food and shopping in mount pleasant, with only a 15-20 min drive to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms.

Amazing stay!

This was a really nice place family friendly place and the property manager was great at communicating! Great location between beach and down town. Loved having the pool when it was really nice out on one the days we were there! We loved having access to beach towels and stuff so we didn’t have to fly with them!

Everything a family needs and more

This was the best VRBO experience I've ever had. Amy was an amazing host! She proactively communicates and makes you feel welcome immediately. The house was stocked with pet friendly and family friendly items: pool toys, dog bowls and toys, games, and beach gear. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for family and dogs. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Pleasant Home in Mount Pleasant

Everything with the house was great. The house was well stocked for beach days, pool enjoyment, and kitchen items. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants and just a short but scenic drive to Charleston. The owner was great with communications. 5 star plus!

Highly recommend this home!

The house was spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for! Beautiful, clean pool. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out, have dinner, play games and have a great vacation! Location was within 15 to 20 minutes of many beaches, downtown Charleston, and all the fun things to do. I would definitely definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Amy!

FANTASTIC Property!!

We had an AMAZING time!! If we travel back to this area again we would want to stay here. We had 6 Adults and 2 Dogs in our Family Vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out to be together or apart. Such a wonderful set up and location to have family swim time and Barbecues and venturing out to see the sights. The neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of and was perfect for walking the dogs every day. This location is so close to EVERYTHING!! Charleston, Plantations, Beaches, Cypress Gardens, Shem's Creek, etc. Amy our host (homeowner) was Friendly and Helpful. She is quick to respond to any questions or issues and a wealth of knowledge for the area. If we could give Amy 100 Stars we would!! All 6 of us HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property for your next trip to the area!!!
