Great location for a Charleston experience

We had another wonderful time at this well-located and comfortable condo. It’s an easy walk to most sites of interest on the peninsula. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a grocery store are nearby. But the apartment itself feels like a private retreat, removed from all the activities just a few blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the open living space is flooded in light by the many windows throughout. We look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful stay in Charleston downtown.

This was our 3rd stay at this great unit, and we had a wonderful time once again. It is a perfect location, short walk ( 5-15 minutes ) to the heart of the downtown’s museums, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Our hostess was wonderful, and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay in Charleston, SC, thanks to the fantastic location of our VRBO. However, the property could use some general maintenance and a major cleaning, particularly with the bed spreads, mattress pad, and blankets that need attention. Master shower could use a new shower head. Overall, our experience was positive, and the communication with our host was very good.

Great Location and Roomy Enough For 6 Adults

It is as advertised a great location and a condo in great condition. We were able to either walk or hop onto the free shuttle to get around and there are very nice breakfast and lunch places literally next door and across the street. The host was very responsive and worked with us on staying a few extra days because of weather on our route home. We would rent next year but our dates were taken and we regretfully will have to look elsewhere. Beat Army!

Looking forward to booking again!

Vacation home was perfect. All needed amenities were included and the place is beautiful, very clean, easily accessed and in a great location. Every room is gorgeous and we loved our time there. Can’t wait to stay again! East Bay Deli and Saffron Bakery were right next door and delicious.

Great Location

Very inviting property. Lots of windows and very cheerful. Quiet building. Very walkable. Many days we didn’t use our car. Secure building. Property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Hope to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location for exploring all of charleston

My family of 4 stayed here for 1 month during a Mount Pleasant home renovation. I can't say enough good things about this property. It's across the street from the Aquarium so we took full advantage of our membership. Soccer field and playground also across the street. Ted's butcher Block, East Bay Deli, Shiki, Saffron Cafe. Gaillard Center...All within a stones throw away. Marion square and all the shops/dining of King Street easily walking distance, And about half a mile to the Market Street/downtown district. If you don't feel like walking, hop on the free Carta express shuttle in front of the building. (My kids especially enjoyed riding the bus) I've lived in Mount Pleasant most of my adult life, and this was a wonderful opportunity to live in downtown Charleston and experience everything it has to offer. 2 Parking spaces. Big enough for our 2 SUV's. The apartment was well equipped with dishes, servingware (even for hosting thanksgiving), cookware. The host was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Charleston for the month. Or doing as we did: escaping a home renovation project and enjoying a staycation. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

The condo was perfect for us. It's located within walking to many of the nice restaurants and shops. It was so much fun walking from the condo to all of the beautiful sights in Charleston. Great location, lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Access was easy by car or by foot. There's lots to do within walking distance. We enjoyed having secured parking just steps away from the elevator. The apartment is full of light from the many windows throughout. The open floor plan was great for family time and the master bedroom was large and separated from the other two bedrooms. I highly recommend this property to anyone spending a month in Charleston.

This beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for an early month of Spring in Charleston. Excellent downtown family condo

We spent 6 weeks here while renovating our kitchen at home 10 minutes away. The unit was very kid friendly and has a great location close to the aquarium, downtown restaurants, shops, & sites. There is also a great playground right across the street. Unit was clean and comfortable. It was a blast living downtown for a month and a half.

Wonderful Charleston Condo at the Park

Our stay at the Ansonborough condo was exactly as we had hoped. The condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked with nice linens and towels and the kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils for our family of 5. Lots of seating in the living area and a full-size dining room table that looked over the park made downtime enjoyable. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning reading and evening nightcaps. The bedrooms are very spacious with a full size desk and workspace in the master and a sitting area for reading. Lots of storage and closet space which is nice when you are staying for a month. We walked everywhere in the city (Harris Teeter is minutes away for groceries) and it was a short car ride over the bridge to Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island. It is only blocks away from the wharf and the aquarium which made dolphin sightings a daily ritual at sunset. It is just a 8-10 minute walk to the Farmer's Market at Marion Square and dining and shopping on King Street. Walking distance to many churches and bookstores and gardens - all the places you will want to see in Charleston. Ali was very responsive to any questions and quick to help when we needed it. The condo was installing automatic gates in the garage the week we were leaving to enhance security for cars and bikes which will be a nice addition to the property. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for an extended stay in Charleston - it has everything you need and more!

I travelled to Charleston with my daughter and three friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The apartment is conveniently located. We were able to walk to King Street and the Battery, and we felt the area was very safe. The condo was very clean and cozy! The homeowner was very quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

The Perfect Stay in Charleston

My husband and I just spent one month at this wonderful condo. It was very clean, furnished tastefully and had anything one could need. Walking everywhere was easy from this location and communication with the manager was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Amazing residence and hosts!

The apartment is even more spacious than the pictures show. 3 of us worked remotely from here for 1 month and we absolutely loved it. There is a park right across the train tracks with full soccer fields which was great for afternoon unwinding. You're also super close to downtown. Aly and Jake are amazing hosts and will do anything to accommodate their guests. Thank you!

Amazing

This property is amazing!! Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It truly felt like home. It is located near everything we wanted to do. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for my family. The beds were comfortable and had 2 large bathrooms for getting ready. We cooked breakfast each morning and everyone was able to sit in the dinning room and enjoy each other before going in opposite directions throughout the city. We try and make it to Charleston at least once a year and I can only hope this property is available again!! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your property. Our trip was truly amazing!!
