"Everything about it is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the neo-classical façade of the Royal Opera House, and walked to the British Museum and several theatres. The staff was excellent and shared the history of the building and reading recommendations in the elegant library"

"If your looking for a place that is centrally located, clean, spacious and modern - this is the place. The only draw back is that it is a 4 story walk up - but isn't that what all of London apartments are - walk ups. The place was incredible - and PERFECTLY LOCATED in SoHo to all the bars and restaurants... I had a question about the washer/dryer and the office was very quick to respond and resolve it."

We were able to check in early at no extra charge, and the staff was generally helpful and polite. The rooms are not huge, but they are well laid out. "I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. A safe pedestrian street with easy access to the tube and shopping and strolling."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein."

"Check-in was quick and easy. The room, though small, had everything for a one nights stay. The bed was comfortable and the toilet and shower were modern and clean. The lighting in the room was versatile, with a variety of different settings from night and reading lights to full brightness. I did not utilise the TV but it was generously sized and unobtrusive. Limited room for storing and hanging clothes but fit a short stay the room is better utilised for the other amenities. No outside noise...
