"My stay at Dossier Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming it has such a warm boutique feel and doesn’t feel like a big chain hotel at all. Every detail made the experience feel comfortable and elevated.
A huge thank you to Matty at the front desk for the outstanding hospitality. Truly topnotch service professional, kind, attentive, and made the stay even more memorable.

"Upon checking in the front desk couldn't find our reservation. No fault to the hotel but Expedia delayed our reservations for some reason. The hotel front desk made it happen for us, and offered us late check out beyond the regular times.
Plus:
Rooms is nice and the staff there are great ++++. Close to pretty much everything in downtown by walk or tram. Its super quiet on the 15 floor and you don't hear traffic or trams at all.
Cons:
- elevator is slow, and the house keeping uses the same...
