"2nd time at the Kissel. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. A smaller 7 floor hotel which I like with a restaurant in the lobby that has limited hours. The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. One of the recommendations I have for the Kissel is the staff are not as pleasant as one expect from the Hyatt. "Excellent service and location. Gorgeous hotel. Good parking, although almost no spots on Friday 5pm. Had trouble with swiping my card in/out at parking gate, wish there was an attendent on duty - I paid extra to get out, twice, since the scanner didn't work, there were cars behind me and no way to turn around. Other than that, would definitely return."

"Well maintained property, clean and attractive. Good quality furnishings. The large mini frig was a plus. HVAC worked well. Renovated bathroom was well done. Plenty of electrical outlets. Fairly quiet in area towards the back of the property. Lots of off street parking. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. "Parking required giving the desk clerk our keys so he could park our car. That was a little odd. The room was comfortable and cozy. The “balcony with beverages”was just a rooftop patio with no chairs. The beverage cart was empty and set aside. It looked like it wasn’t used recently so that was disappointing. "
