"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent."

"Very quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else. The service was amazing, the kokum welcome drink was lovely!"

"Ich hatte das Minimalist Hotel gewählt, weil es relativ nah am Miramar Beach (800 m) liegt. Ich habe am Ironman 70.3 teilgenommen. In dem Hotel waren auch noch andere Ironman Teilnehmer. Hotel sehr stylisch mit einigen Mängeln (Duschstral zu schräg, Bad steht immer unter Wasser), Personal sehr freundlich . Manager hat auf alles ein Auge. zum Strand. "
