"The front desk Cheque accommodated to a sold out room that I had and got me into a room. The only problem was that the AC didn’t work so we had a very unpleasant night after a 12 Hour Dr. we wanted to stay at the courtyard Marriott because it’s a higher end hotel but ended up to be just as worse as any other other hotel . Upon check in the hotel manager was at the desk. One hello, one ask for my credit card, one key card given and room number other than that no other words spoken. No information about my charges etc. breakfast was terrible. Beds have tiny pillows. AC is noisy, smart tvs but no streaming bring your own stick, "
