"If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that but if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place. Lovely beach practically private to walk...

"HIGHLY recommend Horizon Beach Resort Koh Jum. We stayed in the deluxe sea view bungalow. This was the nicest accommodation we stayed at during our month in Asia. The rooms were CLEAN, even to my standards and the staff is so kind. The island is so quiet and peaceful, with countless restaurants nearby. "

"This was iyr fifth stay at Joy Bungalows since 2012 and we love it! The hospitality of the staff, the bungalow (VIP by the beach), the food at the restaurant, the almost empty 2-km beach beach... This is where we go for a relaxing time! This is our paradise!"

"I booked for a week and stayed 10 days longer. Great place to relax, swim, get massages, unwind. There are many small restaurants. The owners can arrange tours and transportation. "

"Very unique boutique accommodation, very aesthetic, there is only 10 huts which makes it a really personal feel, really enjoyed the vibe. Great location, a short stroll from the best strip of beach on the island with loads of great beach bars. It’s up the top of the island so near the pier where you come in and depart, and also near the walking street night market. 7 eleven at the top of the road is very convenient. "

"Eigene Bungalow am Hang im Dschungel oberhalb des Meeres. Loggia mit Hängematte. Moskitonetz in jedem Zimmer. Der Strand ist steinig, aber sehr schön. Auf der Insel ist fast nichts los, so hat man seine Ruhe (wobei wir überall in Thailand natürlich auch viele Deutsche anzutreffen sind...). Die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und günstig, das Hotelrestaurant ist eher teuer. Man muss sich auf Insekten im Zimmer einstellen, weil man direkt in der Natur ist. Kein Warmwasser in Zimmern...

"This is a beautiful resort on the beach. It is well laid out with the bar and restaurant at the seafront and the bungalows in 2 lines facing each other leading up towards the street. The food is excellent and we enjoyed thai and western food. It is all reasonably priced as are the drinks. The bungalows are clean with a maid service everyday. "We stayed at Avani+ Koh Lanta for 3 nights in a pool villa and overall had a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Our private pool villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the buggy service, which was super quick every time we called — rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The pool bar was great, and the happy hour from 5–6...
