"Wow, what a great staff! They go on and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The concierge made reservations at restaurants for us and was knowledgeable. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. When we got back to our room from our Dinner reservation we had a bottle of champagne and some treats waiting for us. They made it special! "I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The AC in my room wasn't working properly, I had to make two calls to the front desk before someone came to check the issue. The technician claimed to fix the issue, however, the issue remained. Two night crappy sleep due to malfunctioning AC. I also requested a wash cloth which I often do when travelling to other Marriott properties worldwide. Apparently they only have a few available and other guests had already requested them. A...

"Room was clean but very small - appreciated being able to open the window because it got humid in there. Very small hotel. You have to leave your room key with front desk when you exit your room and pick it up when you return. Centrally located to Arc de Triomphe and nice restaurants and the metro.
