Overview
Souda Bay View is located in Kalami Chania, Crete. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 12 people with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private
pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

Living room, dining area, modern kitchen, and double bedroom with en
suite bathroom.
3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), all with balconies. Family bathroom
with Jacuzzi bath.
Internal stairs lead up to an open plan double bedroom. (Villa and
apartment rented as a whole.)
Around the villa is the private pool, sun terrace, and a parking area.
Adjacent to the pool is a self contained apartment with bathroom and a
living area.
100m down from the villa you will find a wonderful little beach.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views
from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The pool was perfect temperature for swimming in late September and there is a great little local restaurant nearby (Kalami Parking) that we went to several times. There are not a lot of "extras" here so we did have to make a supermarket run for extra trash bags, sugar for coffee, toilet paper, etc. Also to note the turn off for the poperty js not well marked and looks kind of scary like youre driving off a cliff (dont worry youre not!) So I'd suggest google mapping before you arrive to get an idea of what it looks like.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. The pictures do not do the property justice as it is the most beautiful view off the back deck and pool area. Our tweens/teens had a great time and enjoyed the pool, while the adults loved the many gathering places to talk and engage with one another. The location was a short drive from Chania, while being close to a supermarket and several restaurants for those that did not want to drive into the larger city for dinner. Overall, we loved the house and hope to stay there again in the future!

The location of this property is breathtaking. We spent a lot of time floating in the sea right below the house. The beach is small, but the water is perfect. There were even tiny, wild blackberries on the trail that runs between the house and the beach. The owner kindly brought us extra towels and wonderful tomatoes. My only note is that the beds are quite firm. I prefer a slightly softer mattress.

Het huis zelf en de omgeving (uitzicht!!) zijn geweldig. Eigenaar is ook behulpzaam toen warm water uitviel en koffiezetter kapot was. Minder fijn is dat het huis nergens staat aangegeven, waardoor wij in het donker 1,5 uur hebben moeten zoeken.

The house and location are great and we enjoyed it very much. The staff who came the next day of our arrival to check was very helpul. I was disapointed by the quality of some equipment, the lack of some items like beach towels, extra garbage sacs, barbecue ustensils. I will suggest that a manager comes at the villa and checks the equipment. A guest book with all the information necessary for staying in the house, tips on restaurants and so on, will be useful to have. I discovered only after 5 days an information sheet posted on a wall in the kitchen)

La maison est bien conçue pour trois familles. Le contact avec le propriétaire est sympathique. Il faudrait prévoir plus de rideau occultant dans le petit studio du rez-de-chaussée. Très bonnes vacances.
