Gabriel apt offers the ideal accommodation to any group of people who would like to spend their holiday in our beautiful island. Comfortable and modern, it offers a luxurious sensation to its guests and promises an enjoyable time both in the house and outside.


NOTE : THE APARTMENT WAS TOTALY RENOVATED ON APRIL 2024

Gabriel apartment is a modern and newly built apartment in a small complex of five houses and apartments with shared pool in the beautiful area of Chorafakia in Chania. Only a 3-minute drive away from the stunning sandy beach of Tersana and 4 minutes away from Kalathas sandy beach, our apartment is the ideal base for your summer holiday.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a patio with a dining table.
The master bedroom has one double bed while the second one provides two single beds which can easily become one. An extra person could comfortably sleep on the sofa which can become an additional bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and provides all the necessary amenities that will ensure a smooth stay.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The patio provides an additional dining area which can sit up to 5 persons. It is located in the central yard of the complex, a landscaped garden with lawn, very close to the big pool and bbq facilities.
There is also private parking space

The whole apartment can be accessed as well as the shared space of the complex.

Chorafakia village provides all the necessary facilities within walking distance from the apartment. The best asset of the place is its proximity to 2 lovely sandy beaches. The airport is also near, only a 15 minute drive while the historic city of Chania with the Old Harbour is very close too! Another key feature of the area is that it is close to the highway which connects the whole island, thus giving easy access to most historic and tourist attractions our island offers.

Guests are advised to have a car to easily get around and explore Crete!

There are houses around so the basic rules of noise prevention should be followed. Quiet hours 15.00-17.00 and 23.00-07.00

Children below the age of 18 should not swim or be around the pool unsupervised.

The main guest acts on behalf of and assumes responsibility for all members of the visiting group. The guest assures that all members of the visiting group are aware of, bound to, and will adhere to the house rules.

Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to our contact person immediately. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment.

The property is located in the countryside so the OWNER should not be kept responsible for any pests that might appear as this is out of our control.

At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants.

Any reservations made under false pretences may result in loss payments and possible removal of GUEST from rental unit. No Fraternities, no sororities, no excessive parties involving external visitors.
External Visitors require prior approval. Approval can be granted only on basis of full names and details. No Overnight stays. Any external visitor to the PROPERTY is the sole responsibility of GUEST.

The OWNER will provide initial supplies only (toilet paper, paper napkins, some vegetables and fruit, some coffee and sugar, tea bags) which are complimentary.

Only use appliances and pieces of furniture for their intended uses.
Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of these items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the GUEST.

The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in order for it to be in pristine condition. Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to The OWNER or his representative immediately. GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property including all facilities, equipment and installations is entirely at GUEST’s risk.

GUEST shall allow the OWNER access to the property for purposes of repair after prior coordination with the GUEST

Un bon séjour

L appartement est bien équipé et propre et la piscine fort plaisante. Il est néanmoins un peu isolé et une voiture est indispensable pour y séjourner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms.

This was a great little apartment. It had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Marianna is brilliant and kept in touch to check we were happy and to lets us know when house keepers would be visiting. We were met on arrival by Violetta and were shown around. Thoughtfully we had been left some supplies - water, lovely bowl of fruit, tea coffee, washing up liquid etc which was most welcome. The pool area is perfect - most of the time we had it to ourselves and its is right outside which meant children could go in whenever they wanted and we could keep an eye on them. As well as bathroom towels- Marianna also provides pool towels. Local beaches are nice with warm, clear shallow water which is great for families. You can walk to Tursanas beach down the road but its a bit of a hike back up to the village in the heat so we always used the car. Its great for playing and snorkelling. Their are several local tavernas that you can walk to and a small supermarket but you will need a car as Chorofakia is fairly remote in terms of location. That said its close to the airport (only 15 minutes) so really easy to get to. Chania is a good 20 minute drive away but the harbour, hundreds of restaurants and shops are worth visiting. It is literally buzzing with activity at night. We had a most enjoyable holiday at The Palms.
