"Modern and convenient hotel, two blocks from Dongdaemun Design Plaza and the Metro. My room was comfortable and immaculate. Every staff member was responsive and helpful throughout the week stay. The hotel has a 24-hour 7-Eleven in the 14th Floor lobby, with like-new laundry facilities, and restaurants and a shopping center on the floors below. There are also numerous small restaurants a block away. I look forward to my next stay."

"Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small with barely enough space for a standard suitcase and no proper place for clothes. I was also overcharged for early check-in. The view was awful, the staff were not welcoming, and the location was far from the main attractions. Several gym machines were not working. The laundry was fine, but overall, I would not stay here again."

"Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. It’s perfectly located, has many convenience stores nearby, many restaurants and close to the train stations.
The hotel itself was very clean, and most of all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This goes from the front desk staff to the cleaners who were welcoming and always ready to help.
One of my favourite things about the stay was the breakfast service. There was so much choice and all of it was delicious.
Would definitely recommend...
