"Helpful Staff"

"Home2 breakfast has great healthy choices. The property was clean and inviting. The amenities were available and easy access. The room was pretty clean but needs extra TLC with checking the sink and facets for working conditions. My kitchen sink had a plumbing issue and couldn't be resolved until late the next day. Boss and maintenance should be available and responded to these emergencies 24/7. Parking can be improved with providing more available spots for handicap persons on Home2...

"I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. "Expedia should’ve told me that this was a long stay hotel. I did not have maid service. There was no ice machine or any kind of beverage you could buy on the premises. I asked for a coffee shop because the coffee in the room did not have any kind of cream with it. They supplied nothing. They told me there was no coffee shops. I found one about a half a mile away. The people were pleasant who were on the staff. However, I was on vacation and I wanted a vacation hotel not a long stay hotel. This...
