"Stayed with friend for a few nights Good location, quiet Staff were extremely friendly. It was my birthday during my stay, I hadn't informed the staff. I came back from the day driving around beautiful Chiang Mai and was gifted a lovely magnet gift, really thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was great, lasted me the whole day of walking. Swimming pool lovely view of the surrounding area and mountains and nice to relax. Happily stay here again, bed comfortable too Free parking outside the entrance...

"I arrived expecting a 5 star luxury hotel- which is how it is listed in Expedia. Showed up to a dirty room that had a chunk of hair on the bathroom and the walls had black mold all over them. What sealed our decision to pack our bags immediately and go elsewhere was the giant cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was friendly enough but I would not recommend this place at all."
