"The hotel was located close to the Amber Fort. The staff was respectful and attentive. The breakfast was not included but we purchased it and felt it was good. The pricing was higher than listed in the Expedia property details. The room. was comfortable. Just make sure to keep a card in the alot by the door so the AC dies not turn off."

"Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors. Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc."

"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

"I found a cockroach in my room, the water is not hot, just warm; the room stinks like drain. It was just too much but I needed a place to stay. But I won’t stay there ever again. Only the stuff was super nice but the rest was very bad."
