Beautiful top floor renovation, at the foot of Brevent hill.

A beautiful renovation of this top floor apartment, with a stylish and homely feel. Picturesque windows which look over the Mont Blanc Massif run the length of the living space.
A spacious and airy kitchen diner leads onto the balcony which provides a fabulous eating spot in the summer, with fantastic views over Chamonix. While the cosy living area is a great space for the whole family to relax in.

The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the building and has 3 well-furnished bedrooms. There is an ensuite double room, a further double room and a bunk room, opposite a modern family bathroom.

The property benefits from High Speed Fibre internet and great entertainment facilities: Netflix, Apple TV and an Xbox.

There is also a private car park, a ski locker and the apartment is ideally situated just 5 minutes' walk from the Brevent lift, in a very calm area, but still within 5 minutes' walk of all the amenities in the centre of Chamonix.

Please note this is a no smoking property and pets are not allowed.

We really liked the apartment. The views are spectacular. Beds were comfortable. The building is old, but the renovation of the apartment is very nice. We plan to return in the not to distant future.

Perfect for visit to Chamonix!

Chamonix Resort at High Rimaye was very nice and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we could walk into town. There is a pretty large hill to walk up but we had no problems. We drove to Chamonix from Geneva and it was very convenient to have a parking space at the place so we didn't pay additional for parking. We look forward to visiting again and would definitely stay here again.

Great budget rental

Great budget rental for Chamonix. It is exactly as advertised. Two great bedrooms meant for adults and one bunk bed room only fit for kids. The property is in a quiet neighborhood five minute walk from Chamonix center. Word of caution, it is at the top of a pretty steep hill. Not a problem for healthy adults and kids, but could be a problem for older folks. We recommend this property and would definitely rent it again.

Everything you need for a great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at this apartment in Chamonix. It had everything we needed and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The views over the alps from the windows were terrific.

Excellent location, warm and functional

The apartment is a short walk away from the Chamonix main ski-lift and a short walk away from the village's beautiful main street which is full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. I was there with my 33 and 29 years old girl and boy and they loved the whole experience and the place. Each of us had his/her own bedroom and we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the warm common areas. The dedicated parking spot next to the building enabled us to drive over from GVA and take full advantage of the valley's ski areas which are quite spread out. The only caveat is the access to the apartment which requires a hike up poorly lighted external stairs, then an internal narrow and steep staircase. Overall, big thumbs up

Excellent Properry!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this penthouse apartment. It is fully remodeled throughout, yet maintains a lot of the original charm. The apartment is so much better in person as the pictures (at least when we booked) showed little of the apartment. The views of Mont Blanc are gorgeous. The kitchen is large and has every amenity needed. We highly recommend and will specifically choose this apartment the next time we stay in Chamonix.

Lovely, spacious and well fitted out apartment in a central location. Very clean and tidy and perfect for our family of 6. Great proximity to town and main Brevant chair lift. Good local support from Snostation also - many thanks will use property again if we return to Chamonix.

Great apartment close to Brevant lift.

We loved this apartment. It was a 5 minute walk to the Brevant lift. A 10 min walk down the hill into town. The apartment was completely renovated. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Nice little touches. It had a Wi, an Xbox and Netflix. Comfortable beds and nice bed linens. Nice bath with tub and lots of hot water. A second bath with a shower. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Chamonix.

We had a great time at le Rimaye yo have everything to prepare meals, great views to Mont Blanc and comfortable beds. The snostation staff really helpful and kind, they received us with a welcome gift!

Very nice place, exceeded our expectation for several reasons!

We spend a week here in the summer and loved the place. Spacious place for European standards, big kitchen windows looking at Mt. Blanc, nice balcony, great skylight windows in big bedrooms. Modern washer was a big plus for our active family. The communication was easy and very efficient. Thank you for sharing this place with us!
