"Patrick is a very welcoming host but the inside of the property is looking tired and in need of a major declutter, redecoration and a deep clean. The outside space and pool are great. The bedding and towels provided were well used and did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay cash for the linen even though we had prepaid for this via Novasol. This dispute meant our departure was more stressful than necessary."

"We loved Chateau de La Loue. The house is beautiful, in an idyllic location. There was lots of space, very well equipped, and the river at the bottom of the garden was stunning. Édouard and Françoise were so helpful and lovely. The house is so well equipped with wetsuits, paddling shoes, fishing rods, boules sets. Everything you need! Even two canoes.
