"We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) "Nice property and convenient location to Hollywood Cemetery, Allianz Ampitheater & Carytown. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking. Have to rave about the beds! The most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept in! Fluffy, soft sheets, lots of pillows. All 3 beds were comfortable! Very pleased with our choice! "

"This home was perfect for our needs! Adorable house, tasteful interior, and immaculately clean. Situated in a great neighborhood, and great communication with the host! Highly recommend this property! "

"The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. "

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting."

"Our stay was wondering and fun plus the location is close to great restaurants and short pump outlets. I am happy about this property and 2cars only in driveway can fit. We celebrated our friend 60th birthday the weekend."

"The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around."

"This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!"

"Very nice place in the middle of Carytown. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning rocked. It was in the upper 90s outside and the apartment stayed wonderfully cool. "

"Everything was very clean. Side glass door closer is loose and very hard to operate. Laundry detergent table a bit sticky, needs a wipe-down. These are trivial things but I thought you might want to know. Overall - Excellent !"

"House was exactly what we needed for our stay. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Will definitely stay here again when in the Richmond area."
