"We had an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos. My friend and I brought our college daughters for a fun weeklong getaway. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. Leola was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! "

"This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. "

"We loved our stay at this amazing beach villa. The house was wonderful and had plenty of room for 3 separate families. The upstairs deck is where we would enjoy our coffee each morning and the beach is truly incredible. Perfect water for kids. Julian was great to work with for the check in process and was happy to answer any questions we had. There are vendors pretty close by that play music through the day and sometimes that could be a little off putting, but the tci bar makes amazing fresh...

"The property was beautiful and location was great! Only thing is there is construction next door so might not be the best if you’re looking to just be by the pool bc of the noise. We were out most of the time so no issues for us. Overall we are happy with our stay. "

"Have rented several VRBO Villas in the Caribbean, this was BY FAR the best and most beautiful. More utensils, bowls, plates, baking dishes and pans, pool and beach towels, even tupperware containers than you will ever need. The outdoor gas grill is perfect, direct gas feed, no tanks! Next to it is a large ice maker than never got lower than half, and believe me with 6 adults we used some ice! Julian, the property manager was great and they even sent in housekeepers halfway through our week....

"Loved this home - spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Not much of a beach area at the house but still great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Cute beach a mile or so away which we enjoyed. Daphne was great and answered all questions. "

"We visited PJ early July '25 for 1 week with our family of 5. Perfect unplug, reset, recharge vacation. The home was spotless, fully stocked with everything from Nespresso machine to tide pods to shampoo, conditioner and literally everything in between. The ice machine was my personal favorite! Beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was wonderful, Bluetooth speakers outside w/ seamless connection, gorgeous flowers to enjoy w/ your morning coffee. We loved the local artwork on the walls around...
