"So Mika was one of the best hosts I think that we have ever dealt with so generous so kind of really good experience. Overall he went far above and beyond by helping us to be able to take our laundry and get it done. Buy some groceries for our kids, and then on top off all that he was able to extend our stay so we could explore the area before our flight.Mika is the epitome of a great host and I would not hesitate to stay with him.Thank you Mika, you made our stay extra special!"

"Breakfast is the worst part of this property- don’t spend the extra money to buy breakfast. Parking is minimal but we never had an issue finding parking. About a 10 min drive to Disney. They should consider having a Disney shuttle to and from the hotel. Pool is basic but ok. Rooms are a bit run down. We paid a lot of money for a suite and it was alright but felt overpriced for what it was. All in all, I would stay here again but I’d call it a middle of the road hotel which is likely why it’s a 3...

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I checked into my room, I found stains on the bed cover. I notified the front desk and requested clean bedding. Instead of having a staff member change the sheets, my son was told to do it himself. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable.

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."
