"The property was lovely and comfortable with good sound proofing as it was on the main route through the town. Essential amenities were on the doorstep but there were a number of houses and business premises ‘for sale’ indicative of a declining community. This said, it was a good holiday with friendly locals and a good base for exploring the Orne/La Perche region."

"4 of us stayed in Les Chenes gite, which is a 2 bed cottage with its own huge area of garden, outside pergola, and a gentle stream bubbling nearby. Surrounded by trees and grass and birds chirping in the trees, colourful dragonflies and butterflies this was an absolute Eden of peace and calm. "The house is big and sprawling, with beautiful generous bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely comfortable beds and a cozy updated kitchen. I definitely could have used instructions on how to use an induction stove and a convection oven, and the clothes dryer. Having those instructions in English would have been a bonus! I would have liked more kitchen tools as well. Those parts of the house we used were very comfortable, but the living room and large dining room felt somewhat like and afterthought-...

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à Roiville au Cottage des Trotteurs. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables. Le cadre est paisible, authentique et idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. La maison est impeccablement tenue, confortable et parfaite pour les amoureux des chevaux. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"Annonce disant 7 sdb en fait 3!!! Problématique pour les douches et que l’on atteint le nombre de 28. Cuisine pas adaptée au grand nombre, petite et étroite. Vaisselle non adaptée au grand nombre également. Le reste est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup aimé mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir beau temps. Sinon cela aurait été étroit. Très Bonne communication avec la personne par WhatsApp. Prévoir un balais terrasse et intérieur."

"This property is set in such lovely grounds. There is loads for families to do and the property was perfect for what we wanted. The host even arranged for a masseuse to come to our property on the final day for some massages! (For an extra fee) "
