"My daughter and I spent 2 nights. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is AMAZING! They were all so happy to help at all times. Bed were very comfortable. Řoom was clean. "This hotel was amazing. Staff was great, amenities wonderful. Valet efficient and courteous. Only negative was the sheets used on bed, fitted would have been better, the sheets kept coming off the mattress and felt like that was not sanitary to sleep on actual mattesss. Everything else was perfect, enjoyed the stay. "

"All the staff, as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and helpful. The person checking us in asked us about what we were doing and our travel. I thought that was super nice. The room was everything we needed for our one night stay. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time there wasn't any fruit in the water in the lobby but we will look over that. 😀 my kids loved the fruit in the water the last time we stayed. "It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. "

"We almost canceled due to some other reviews but glad we didn't. The hotel is an older, historic hotel with a beautiful lobby. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Parking is available cheaper in parking garage that is very easily walkable a block behind the hotel, rather than using the valet service. Will definitely be staying again. "

"I love this hotel! Being in an old train station that has been beautifully preserved is such an awesome experience. It’s absolutely beautiful! Our room even had a view of the otter exhibit from the aquarium. This will always be my go to hotel when going to any event at the Enterprise Center. "

"The property was just as expected. It was clean and the area felt safe. It was nice to have free parking onsite. The pool was a salt water pool as others stated and wasn’t the warmest but the kids didn’t mind. The breakfast was great. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice, helpful, and caring. "
