"Our stay here was wonderful. We were in a little studio and it had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. The property is very clean. It is also very convenient for the tube, restaurants and shops. Canary Wharf has everything you could possibly want and is meticulously maintained. We made use of the rooftop patio, free coffee in the lounge and awesome laundry facilities. I will definitely stay here next time I am in London."

"Great location. Walking distance to everything. Vanessa who checked us in went above the normal process. We were able to check in early as we were members of ACR. Kitchenette only had 2 of everything. Had to wash dishes every day. That was a little disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to others."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations.
I just wish they had daily room service.
Other than than, great place, great value"

"The room was clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Though a bit small, which I understand is typical in the London area, the space was utilized very efficiently, with sufficient storage to place all the things we came with. I also had access to an area in the building with washers and dryers which I didn't end up needing but it was nice to have the option available.
While there was no restaurant onsite, we were provided with coupons for two nearby cafes. I appreciated...
