Property and Exterior Features:

Surrounded by woods on three sides which provide total privacy, this large property boasts gorgeous gardens and open spaces situated under a canopy of trees.
Built into the stone foundation where a historic building used to stand, is a pergola with twinkle lights and dining table that seats 14. A large stone fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and a game area for corn hole and horseshoes sit beside the dining area.
A stone patio with chairs and a table for lounging and gas grill are located outside the french doors to the sunroom. A screened porch with dining table are located off the kitchen.

Game Barn

There's a fun activity for everyone in the large game room located in the upper part of the barn. Air hockey, foosball, ping pong and darts!

Bedrooms and work spaces

Six spacious bedrooms are furnished with beautiful linens, plenty of pillows, rugs, roman shades for privacy and room darkening, streaming tv's, a robe, luggage rack, clock and wifi. Three work spaces with desks are located on the second floor and in bedrooms three and five.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an island with three stools, a double door refrigerator with ice maker, a beverage fridge with another ice maker, up-to-date appliances. Snacks, coffee, tea, condiments, oils and spices are stocked and ready for you to use and enjoy. The large dining room has a table that can seat ten, and a second table that can be added if additional seating is needed. Two sets of dinnerware and serving dishes are on hand for big groups.

Living Room and Sunroom

The bright and airy living room has two comfortable seating areas, a 65" flat screen tv with cable and Roku, a collection of books featuring local sites and history, games and cozy throw blankets. The sunroom has a bar area stocked with tons of glassware, a table for games or dining, comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the gardens and property. French doors open to a large patio with more seating and a gas grill.

Bathrooms and Mudroom/Laundry Room

All bathrooms are modernly updated and furnished with everything you need including: plenty of towels, toiletries, bath mats, make-up mirrors, hair dryers, q-tips, cotton balls and tissues.

Kids and Pets

For our youngest guests we have a full-size crib, high chair, bed rails, a safety gate, infant tub, and toys, books and games suitable for a variety of ages. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $175 per stay. A dog bed, gate, bowls, treats and a towel for wet paws are available for your canine travel buddies. All pets are welcome to visit on the first floor of the house and stay in the mudroom when families are not on the property. Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets.
