"It was fine and well equipped but we had problems with the electric as there was a water leak in the hallway so we had to have the maintenance team in a few times so we think it needs a bit of work done to it. The write up is correct saying that it is a very quite place and you certainly need some form of transport if you want to go out and see anywhere as it is a fair walk into town."

"First time staying at El Valle. Primarily I was practicing and playing golf at the local courses. Ideal apartment only a short walk to the clubhouse and practice facilities. The apartment was excellent with everything you need for your stay. Very quiet surroundings but for those looking for more in the way of bars and restaurants this would not be a suitable resort. "

"La casa tiene unas vistas increíbles, fuera de la casa hay una barbacoa pequeña muy gastada, un horno de leña sin puerta, el cañizo del techo del porche está en mal estado. Abajo tiene la piscina, en la página pone que hay jacuzzi, pero no es así.El interior de la casa tiene una chimenea que esta muy bien, la puerta principal no tiene resbalón con lo que tienes que tenerla o abierta o cerrada con la llave. "Have just returned from a week's stay at the villa. The villa has everything you might need, a private pool bbq and plenty of space. The golf resort is beautiful with 24 hour security. A car is needed if you want to get out and about. Would highly recommend thr villa."

"Fantastic villa, really spacious with everything we needed as a Pool kept lovely and clean, the pool was perfect for us with the shallow end and a 3 year old! Great location, walked to shop everyday and went to the clubhouse for food and drinks couple of times. Will definitely visit again. "

"The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly...

"I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). Very unprofessional. Lied about having access to the pool and there is nothing to do inside the urbanization."

"We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a shady terrace with disco balls on the roof! We felt totally at home. It’s less than 10 minutes to the heart of the centre of Murcia.
