"Good stay in a very good location. Everything you need for self catering. Many little supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. However, I found the food quality poor anywhere near the property, but it’s obviously not the hotels responsibility. "O hotel é muito bonito, bem decorado e localizado no centro histórico que tbm é aonde a noite acontece, pra quem quer agitação é o lugar. "We loved the setting, the quiet spots to relax overlooking the lush greenery of the Algarve. The staff were extremely efficient and polite and the food top quality. The animals and turtles were an extra bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. Highly recommended."

"You can’t fault the staff at every level, the rooms are a good size and the sea views are great, although some of the carpets are getting a bit thread bare with over use, and a few repairs and replacements wouldn’t go amiss considering its status as a 5 star hotel, can’t really call it shabby chic, you do have to watch out at weekends for the dance club across the road that likes to keep you entertained until the early hours, and doesn’t really make any difference even if you close the window....

"Very nice hotel. We visited in late November so enjoyed lying by the outdoor pool but swimming inside! Big indoor pool and sauna. Did one of the classes which was good, and played tennis. Broad range of food. House wines were ok and not expensive. Bed was enormous. Only issue was air con was on heating mode and we were too hot, even with it off. Slept with door open. "

"The hotel was in a perfect spot for us, two middle age gents over for the weekend playing some golf. Close enough to the old town craziness for a drink and some food but not on your doorstep. It is also in the perfect spot to pick up the main road and get to the courses. We never waited more than 2min for an Uber. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast buffet served its purpose. "The property was beautiful, clean, and staff was friendly. The resort is situated on a beautiful cliff side beach. Parking was free and the valet feature is extremely convenient. Also appreciated the ability to have poolside service and order via QR code right from where you are sitting. The resort is big and can take some time waking from different points of interest. Just a note the room layout is more ideal for couples. "

"I think this hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillow for side sleepers! The bathroom was also the most gorgeous modern bathroom I have ever seen with copper/rose gold fixtures and has an amazing rain shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The onsite restaurant Forno Nero was also great! And the rooftop pool with lounge is a must visit.
