"Pine Cliffs Gardens is a beautiful property. The grounds, gardens, beach and accommodations are lovely, and the resort itself has so much potential.
Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was deplorable. The food was consistently poor, the service was unacceptable, and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. We are happy to pay premium prices when the food and service justify it, but that simply wasn’t the case here.
For a resort positioning itself at this level, the restaurants...

"I had a great stay here! The accommodation was lovely, and the location was perfect. It’s conveniently located close to the Old Town, and if you want to explore the New Town, it’s around a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute taxi ride away.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary upgrade at check-in, which was such a lovely surprise!
As a solo female traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me, and this accommodation exceeded...

"The room was spacious. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped allowing for simple meal preparation. Overall the hotel presents as well maintained. The pool, in particular, is regularly checked and cleaned. Dinner for two in the main restaurant was very good and decently priced. Parking is at street side. A 30 minute walk to the nearest beach and old town. Would fully recommend."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks very smart from the outside and the pool and athletics track are decent. The room I was staying in , however , was from the 70s and in desperate need of updating.....smell was not fresh and very disappointing."

"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."
