"You cannot find a better location close to the surf. From our balcony we could check out the surf. Breakfast was included every morning. The room had a small kitchen, microwave, full fridge and a comfortable mattress. Parking was right out front. "Stayed at this condo and it wasn’t what I expected. The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. "Stayed just one night and the unit was as described. Clean and all facilities were working properly. The Property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The hot tub was turned on at our request as it is not heated at all times. Just request a couple hours prior to use. Our family would use again in the future."

"Unbeatable view, location, and great service. Only negative was that we could tell it was a newer rental as the kitchen could have been better stocked...especially for a family (needed more dishes, cutlery, and some staples-- S&P, oil etc). Otherwise this place was perfect and we will definetly be back!"

"The property was beautiful but difficult to find, especially in the dark. We did not use the pool as the decking seemed a little dicey to walk on. The rooms were very nice and cleaned every day, the cleaning lady was wonderful. The beds and bedding were excellent. The showers had good pressure and hot water. "Nothing like as represented, ocean view only from rooftop that has no shade and worn out chaise lounges. The view from ground level is blocked with a six foot wall of overgrown brush and completely unattended palms with massive hanging fronds. The only place to dine is a table on the lower deck with terribly uncomfortable chairs.
