I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...

"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "
