"Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff in all departments were very friendly and helpful. Don’t be discouraged about the distance from Calgary. It is very easy to get to any location from this hotel."

"Two wings. One upgraded, one not. We stayed in the non upgraded wing and it was perfectly fine. I peaked into one of the upgraded rooms and they are much brighter, giant tv, more modern furnishings etc. The breakfast was included with our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel is just down the street from YYC. We rented a car, but my guess is that a car sharing service or taxi would be inexpensive from the airport. The 2 hot tubs...

"Large rooms with small kitchens. Very clean all throughout. Staff were helpful. The pool aand hot tub were nice. Lots of parking. Breakfast was ok for $12 extra. Gym area had a large variety of workout equipment...treadmills, weights, weight machines. Only negative was the shower pressure was very weak."

"Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell. We had to turn the air conditioning up to help air out the room, and thankfully the odor improved after a while. The first night, I was quite startled when a spider fell out of one of the bathroom towels. It definitely scared me. I covered it with a paper cup and called the front desk, and I do appreciate that a staff member came to remove it right...
