"I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. "Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "The restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Each time we went there we didn’t see any staff or any food."

"The room was decent but that’s where it ends. Staff were rude and not very helpful. When I asked for them to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear them they were very rude and talked down to me. The parking is ridiculous. $45 a night for a crappy parking lot full of potholes and puddles that don’t drain properly. The bar staff in the restaurant were amazing super helpful. The older gentleman was very kind and helpful when I could open my bottle of wine and also gave me a nicer glass to drink...

"Garbage was removed, coffee replaced, beds made and fresh towels daily. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage and so much more was above and beyond. This is the best service I've had from a motel in years. A+"
