"Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me.
Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!"

"The receptionist was also very polite. A toothbrush and two bottles of water were provided. There was also a water server and a simple convenience store in front of the front desk. There was a universal plug on the headboard. There were some minor issues, such as a lack of electrical outlets, but considering the price, it was perfect, or even better. They sent my luggage to me and kept it until I checked in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity.
