Customer service was not pleasant. They changed me an additional $107 deposit. I think that's a little to excessive. I'll never make reservations there again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and there were no cleanliness issues. The breakfast was decent and had plenty of food. My sister and I enjoyed the pool one day. Cons: the property as a whole was not well maintained. It looked like it was suffering under heavy use. The hotel as a whole is looking outdated and long overdue for a remodel. Our room looked nothing like the online photos. The first thing we discovered is our room had only two outlets. One was near the TV, the other was behind the head of one of the beds and you had to pull the bed out to access it. We were three adults that had phones and laptops that needed to be charged. One of us used a CPAP at night and it was difficult to get access to plug it in without an extension cord. I asked for a power strip and an extension cord at the front desk. They found a power strip but not a cord, so we had to go buy one. The coffee maker wasn't even plugged in because the cord on it wasn't long enough to reach an outlet you would have had to set it on the floor to use it! The sliding door lock/handle mechanism and lock bar were wore out and barely worked. The tub faucet was not securely attached to the wall. The bathroom didn't have cold water. It was oddly warmer than lukewarm. The room service is only every 3 days. There was a gate to access the parking lot but it was in disrepair and served only to slow people down. The price was good but as is the case most of the time, you get what you pay for.
