Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

"I enjoy the Drury hotels, good value, but this time the bed was uncomfortable. When my wife moved around my side was always moving."

"The staff were very nice however the property was awful. Our room was over 80 degrees. Maintenance was unable to fix it so the staff was able to move us to a different room however the hallway on the third floor remained over 80 degrees for both days. The hotel room only had one towel and again staff were able to provide more but that shouldn’t be something to ask for. There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. "Definitley a budget hotel! Room smelled like mold and our nose ran the entire time we were in the room. Stepped outside of side door and was approached if I knew where he could purchase drugs. Door room key card wouldn't work 2nd day, had to get front desk to make them active again. I would not stay here again!"

"I loved the location right off the interstate 10 and the Mall of Louisiana is walking distance which is so convenient as a traveler. Great hotel for future travel."

"The property is nice. We've stayed here before without issue. HOWEVER!!! If there is the slightest possibility that something will happen, such as a flight delay and you can't make it to check-in, your room will be canceled for the entirity of your stay and the hotel will bill you for all of it. Not worth the risk!! There are too many nice hotels in the area to take the chance on LA Quinta!!"

"The room was clean. All of the staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good with a good assortment to choose from. There was free coffee available and it always had plenty of supplies and coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine on my floor was out of service for my entire stay. There was a working machine on the floor below me. The inn is on I-10, so there is noise. The price was reasonable."

"This hotel was clean and everything was working. The front staff was very nice. My only gripe I guess is there was no bacon for breakfast. Also I do not prefer coffee from a machine but that’s just me."
