"Awesome place for a family stay! Cabin was great, the pool was nice, facilities were clean and all working. But the best part was the vibe; calm and quiet, but not too quiet. We wish we had longer to stay and enjoy! "

"Beautiful, clean, scandi cabins with luxury bedding. Coffee and water provided. Bathroom had all the supplies. It was a calm retreat in the township of Mahone Bay, NS. It even has a sauna to complete the experience"

"Great property! Well organized and equipped with everything you need (aside from a dishwasher). Just a short drive to Lunenburg. We loved kayaking right from the dock. The inlet is very calm and the kids loved exploring the islands and waterways. "

"This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. "This property exceeded our expectations, offering a completely private setting, spotless cleanliness, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. "We had a great stay. The host was super responsive. The house was easy to find, easy to check-in, and super clean! Perfect for our family (3 adults, 4 kids). We loved the two separate living room spaces, one near the kitchen and one on the lower level. The views from nearly every room of the house were of the lake! The house was comfortable, safe, and nicely set up. Plenty of towels, dishes and seating for a big family. The lake was beautiful. Saw otters and loons. Plenty of chairs to sit near...

"A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!"

"Everything was perfect and all dealings went smoothly! The place was just as advertised! Very clean and well stocked with all we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Nice shower! Loved having the patio to sit outside. The place was spacious and comfortable! Good size TV with cable! A/C in 2 bedrooms and a ceiling fan and screened window in the room with the king size bed. Temperatures outside were 25-26 Celsius and we had comfortable sleeps. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to...
