This hotel is very outdated, our bathroom shower handle was not working when we got to the room, you wonder if the bathroom had even been cleaned? The breakfast was not the greatest and no one to get more refills on the items. Breakfast area was dirty and filthy. I would not recommend or go there again

The location was perfect for the walking to the falls and the view of the rapids stunning. The Discover shuttle (free, goes to various spots in Niagara Falls and all the way to fort Niagara!) stops right outside of the inn. We loved the breakfasts— excellent menu choices which were delicious. We actually ate dinner there as well and were never disappointed! Filet, swordfish, duck—all wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Janelle, Shiloh, Kim and Julie. Thank you!
