"Everything about this hotel was excellent, including a clean and well appointed room, the many onsite food and drink options, nice access to the beach, tiki hut with live music, clean hotel areas and really nice staff. The Cocoa Beach area, however, had much to be desired. There really wasn't a lot to do outside of the hotel (already had great access to the beach) and in general the area is a bit rundown and dated."

"Air conditioning did not work properly through the night so we did not get to sleep. It said it was 68 but it was not blowing cold. Told the front desk the morning of checkout, and they giggled and said oh that’s funny the last guest checking out said their room was too cold. Respectfully, we don’t really care. We were uncomfortable. We weren’t cold. You shouldn’t say that to a guest but instead say you’ll take care of it so the next guest doesn’t have to be hot all night. Other than that, Tony...
