Having a little hut to sit in on the water’s edge was fabulous. "We decided to stay in one place for a month to really get to know the people and what Kinsale had to offer. We were not disappointed. The house is lovely with a gorgeous view and a lovely neighbor. We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. "Late 50/60/70 yr old ladies couldn’t wait to check out Kinsale. Location is perfection, only slight grades for the most part, short downhill to town center. Kitchen was very modern (no microwave), but you should never make a meal- close by awesome breakfast available. Two bedrooms on 2nd/3rd floors were practically duplicates, comfy beds and clean modern bathrooms. Lots of closet/drawer/cabinet space. Nice outdoor 4-chaired table setting (no firepit anymore). "Such a good spot to stay and close to the city. Staff are all lovely. The place was spotless. Good facilities. However when we went into the communal space with the pool table and stuff. There was some people in there drinking which is fair enough. But I’ve never been chased out of a room so fast by the looks we were given as if we were invading their space. Other then that pretty happy with our stay"

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats.
