"I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!"

"So on our way out to Denver we stayed in Salina at a lovely booking. We were unable to rebook that home and stayed here. We now have too super options as we travel west and will rest assured that a home away from home awaits us. Everything you needed was provided. "

"The house was everything we expected. It was perfect for our group of friends in town for a dog event. Plenty of rooms and even more comfortable beds. We look forward to staying again in the future. "

"This was a great property for us. Large space, multiple bedrooms, accommodated our family as we traveled to Wichita for a wedding. The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent, we were close to uptown, and not too far from the old town market, we were close to several venues. The host was helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again if we were coming to the Wichita area. We enjoyed using the espresso maker as well."

"My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! "

"This was a last minute book, we had such a great time. Lots of activities for kids and close enough to towns for other activities. Staff were friendly and place is very clean."

"It is a nice older, but nicely renovated country home. I liked that there are neighbors on both sides so it didn't seem that we were "out there" on the prairie all alone. We would stay there again. AC was great. Would have been nice to have cable TV, but we didn't watch TV much. Would be a very nice place for a family or a small family reunion."
