"The room was filthy and was not cleaned the entire three days we stayed there. The pillows and bed sheets were stained. We had two bath towels and two hand towels that were not renewed until we called and asked for more. The area in front of the air conditioner was wet. On the positive side, it was quiet on our floor and all of the amenities worked. "The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"
