"Need more room for parking"

"Breakfast was overcooked each of the four days with eggs rubbery and brown in spots, potatoes cooked hard and inedible, and sausage cooked to resemble hockey pucks. The carpet in my room had crumbs and other debris. When I complained to housekeeping, I was told only used towels were replaced on multi day stays: no cleaning, no bed making, no replacing of Al, used towels."

"This property has been around for a long time. At one point it was the only hotel next to the Airport but as Fresno has grown so too has the competition. My room was very basic and it wasn't very clean. The carpet was dirty and the best part was the old rotary phone above the toilet. I had no hair dryer, nor was there a microwave. The restaurant is now only open on Sunday. I think the Piccadilly could be much nicer but that would need money."

"For the most part, everything was fine. Check-in was easy, and the waffle at breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean and exactly as I expected. My only complaints are regarding the shower—wow, talk about slippery, and it was made for someone about a foot shorter than me, and I am only 6'1". The AC worked fine-ish, but due to the orientation of the unit blowing directly at the armoire about 2 to 3 feet away that housed the microwave and fridge, the room was not uniformly cooled."

"This is a clean and useful stay place."

"The people in our adjacent room were so noisy, they are talking to each other as if they were deaf."

"Great hotel to stay in downtown Fresno! Very close to Chukchansi Park & very well recommended for any event nearby!"

"Great place to hide a cigar from a drunk person. Would stay here again."

"My go to when I stay in the Clovis area. CLEAN everything. The room I had was a basic and it was spotless. Big rooms with kitchenette(mine was). Great price also. Parking lot is clean and lit well. I will be back soon."
