Centre de Descobriment Daintree

The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient. The cons: Whilst the apartment is smoke free. There was smoke from other apartment that wafted in from the balcony so had to close the balcony door quite often. No oven however there is a microwave, toaster and electric cooktop. The ocean water was quite brown for quite a few metres out due most likely to river silt.

My 3rd time there was as great as the first couple of times. Love the relaxing vibe and the fun inclusions.

Wonderful break. Thank you for my room next to the pool. Friendly, clean, kitchen handy. Am returning next July. Beach, food, bars, all within walking distance.
