"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Don was very hospitable. The lodge was very clean, cozy, homey, comfortable and very welcoming. The breakfasts were outstanding. Loved having water, tea, drinks and snacks available. It is very conveniently located to downtown Dahlonega as well as several wineries. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end."

"We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again."
