"We all had a really great weekend stay! Beautiful view of the pond in the back and a treehouse beyond the pond.The Shaver Hill Sugar House is only a half mile up the road and a nice spot. Dinner nearby at The Hidden Inn was a great meal.The house was comfortable and comfortably fit us well. Owner Anthony was great with communications.A very memorable weekend away!"

"Had an amazing stay for my wife's 50th birthday. It was clean, had everything we needed available and most importantly... the communication between the owner and I was wonderful. He even let us check-in early! Overall it was 5 stars without even shaking this man's hand to thank him! We also enjoyed Cooperstown activities. Escape Room, local coffee shops, dining... it was all enjoyable! We appreciated the hospitality from afar! "

"The location offered the peace and quiet we needed. The property was welcoming for us and our dogs. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The little things made it even better. The guest manual with lots of helpful information, restaurant, and activity recommendations was appreciated. The snack basket and coffee options available when we arrived made us feel even more welcome. This was a great home away from home for our get away. "

"Beautiful cabin exactly as advertised. Great beds, great water pressure and fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Very remote-little to no cell service and and some difficult and intimidating roads (especially at night). Internet was fast and no issues. Dishwasher does need a deep clean/filter clean-very foul smell but that was not a problem overall. Would rent again! "

"We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty. Even a pot belly stove! Bedrooms were clean and cozy and there are plenty of blankets if there is a chill. Devon was very responsive to all my questions and always...
