"The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. "Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

"This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property."

"Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!"

This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group."

"If you like a peaceful, lakefront setting for fishing and other water friendly activities, this is the spot for you. This property worked out great for me as I was back and forth to Cooperstown Dream Parks, I worked remotely from the house and I fished a lot. The property was spotless. I would come back. "We really enjoyed the house and its close location to Dreams Park. The spacious living conditions were perfect for us and the bonus game room was a plus for the 2 teens. "This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. "The house was very clean and inviting. My family found it the perfect place to unwind between our son's games at Dreams Park. It was an easy, quick ride into town and the baseball fields. We loved the views, seclusion, and coziness. The pictures do not do it justice as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms all are perfect sized for a family to live in a home away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us."
