"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"Location was very good opposite Chalk Farm tube station. A little noisy but to be expected as it is a pub and hotel and our rooms were above the pub, overall very good"

"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"We stayed in room 406. We loved it. Having drinks on the balcony in the evening was delightful. The hotel is across from the tube which made it very convenient. Most of the staff was delightful and helpful."

"Stayed here to go to Wembley stadium. Great location - 5 min walk from Golders green tube station so it's easy to get to the hotel from Euston. Number 83 bus goes straight to Wembley and takes 30 mins. Some nice restaurants nearby too. Hotel itself was really nice, comfy bed, clean and air con was a bonus. Staff greeted us on arrival, good communication from the owner and our room was ready early which was great. Felt safe and slept well. Would definitely stay again."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities. "Fantastiv stay, easy key system with a code U received via email. The flat was spacious adn super clean. Extra plus with a washing machine and fully equipmented kitchen. Supermarket, coffe shops,resurants and pubs close by. Short walking distance of 5 minutes for both, bus,underground. Higly recommend it. "

"Goed verblijf als je slechts 1 nacht in Londen verblijft. Onze kamer was niet heel proper en ook van de basis zaken voorzien. Het onthaal was niet heel hartelijk, eerder afstandelijk"

"Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....
