"I do not know the hotel’s pet policy. I was not traveling with my dog, but the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe staying there. This is an older hotel with exterior doors that lead to the parking lot so if that’s not your thing, you may want to find another place but the location was important to me and so I chose to stay at the Heritage Inn again. the staff was very helpful and I’m grateful. "IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"Friendly kind staff stating if there is anything we can help you with during your stay let us know. Cafe diner fresh crisp salad.. bathroom facilities clean. Unfortunately pool access not open until May. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice touch on robes to wear. Will recommend and stay again."

"The room was clean and everything worked. It was a bare bones room. Shower, bed, towels and first morning coffee. No frills, but the price of the room made up for any shortfalls. There were many places to eat within walking distance and because they had kitchenettes, you could buy food at a grocery store and microwave food. If you want to do that, bring your own cutlery and plates."

"The breakfast was nothing but toast and bagels no eggs no sausage pancakes nothing like that I don't know how many hotels people stay at that don't have cribs or pack and plays and they didn't advise beforehand that there was construction going on overall one and a half out of five stars"

"The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. "

"The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking."
