"The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

"All good experience!"

"These are individually owned apartments managed by Lantern Lodge and they are spacious with full kitchens, fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers. Although they are 30 years old they are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Very good location near downtown and Biltmore Village area."

"Great breakfast and clean room"

"Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received..."

"Staff were positive and helpful"

"Todo muy bueno"

"The property was beautifully done inside and out and the fire pits were a nice touch to take advantage of the cool evening air. The staff however, made our stay incredible, they were helpful with anything we needed while being so pleasant and friendly. We will definitely return soon."

Liked old school bedding; duvets at lots of hotels make you a sweaty mess but not their covers. I would not highly rate bathroom. Quality of soap and shampoo dispensers are low. The bathroom walls dated and worn and the toilet paper dispenser is hanging on by a thread. There is a large gap at bottom of our room, 103, making it easy for the spider that was in our bed to get in...

"Huge, lots of room to walk. Balconies are great"
