"This amazing place is perfect until it's time to figure out how to use the key fobs. No instructions are provided to guests and I was forced to track down humans to have them explain how to lock the door to my room when I left. There are no helpful customer service phone numbers or directions. How was I to know to hold the key fob up to a tiny black square in the center of the panel and flip the lock latch twice? Otherwise the Skye at 6th was excellent in every other way."
