"The rooms are extremely small and there was no closet in the room merely hangers mounted on the wall. My room had unrepaired water damage on the ceiling which was peeling. The overall feel of the hotel was dated and not well maintained."

"The host at the restaurant was great. but...We started in an outside room that had a very old decrepit bathroom. The ceiling was patched in one corner and the floor, and not very well done. The molding in that corner was peeling away from the wall and splintered at the bottom and very discolored. The tub was old and cruddy looking although I do believe it was cleaned well, just old and damaged. The bathroom also had a bad rotten egg like smell. My Northlands Motel booking involved a last-minute change of plans, and I didn’t realize it was part of the same chain, which isn’t the hotel brand I normally stay in.
