"I booked and paid for a king suite online and upon arrival I had been downgraded to a double queen suite. Granted still suite, however I don't like the tiny little beds. I sleep in a king at home therefore I want a king when I'm traveling for vacation. The lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do that they were booked up she couldn't explain why I was downgraded. "This is by far the best ever hotel to stay at. Staff was very polite and respectful. Our family travels every other year to Augusta for Church conference. Even though we were there for 2 nights, it was well worth. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, full kitchen was well maintained. Outside was well maintained also. Front desk and front waiting area were very clean. I will stay here again on my next family trip."

"We showed up an hour after check in time and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and wasn’t ready. We were offered another room but was warned beforehand that it “smells musty”. We were told it would be at least another hour until our room would be available. Temps were around 100 degrees and we had nowhere else to wait, so we ended up burning our one key cash just to get a room somewhere else.
